Green Berry Smoothie

Howdy, Friends!!

Yesterday was about birthdays, cakes and chocolates… and today? Today is about redemption. That is, saving myself from all the delicious chocolate-evil that I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday. And the bottle of wine.

I should also add that there’s 4 new cookbooks on my shelf, and another Chanel perfume to join my collection. I’m gonna eat well and smell great!
All in all, these pretty people that I live with really DO know me!

I Love Making Healthy Green Smoothies

So, I’m on a smoothie-making binge. Green smoothies, to be exact. Kale and all.
OH wait! I’m also on a kale-eating binge. IT can happen! Try it. There’s nothing to lose. You’ll just gain some vitamins, a bit of fiber, protein, energy, super powers, etc…

Before sharing my everyday breakfast food with you all, I thought that I should probably stop talking about kale by now since I haven’t been able to, you know, shut the heck up about it!
Buuuut, I decided to move forward with the idea because you need to join the kale-smoothie train, if you haven’t, yet. Again, because, you know, the whole living-healthy thing.

For reals, though. If you’re craving energy, make *this*! I always have a full serving right before my morning run with the kids – I need all the power I can gain to get my little ones out the door in the AM.

Also? If you want to boost the amount of good-for-you food you take in, consider starting with this Green Berry Smoothie. It tastes like cake!
Okay, kidding! But it does taste like one awesome dessert. I promise!

It’s Wednesday!* Just make a smoothie. For yourself.

If you do not care about the pink and green layers, I ain’t mad atch-ya. Just skip the chilling part.

ENJOY!
